Jacobean Splendour?

Advantages: The driveway!, Beautiful brand new bedrooms, picturesque surroundings, excellent service
Disadvantages: none

...in the hands of the Crewe family for around 300 years until ownership changed in the 1900s. The building itself is a '''Grade 1''' listed building, which gives you an idea of its significance.

As I drove up through the gates of the hotel and down the '''tree-lined''' drive, I knew I was about to see a very special hotel. The gardens and driveway are impeccably manicured and there is ample parking to the front of the property, despite ...
...soon.

Overall, Crewe Hall is a very memorable hotel, yet is suitable for guests on business or leisure and I know I will be back for a two night break before too much longer particularly as there is plenty to see and do in this area and especially as it is close to family and friends for me.. Two night offers are available from £189 for two people total package, and this does include dinner in the restaurant on the first night.

Cheshie Hotel (Crewe Hall)

Advantages: Style of property
Disadvantages: No hotel facilities

From working at Crewe Hall during my placement year from University I would suggest that it is aimed at the mature market and is not for families. As it is in a isolated location and does not have any facilities within the hotel. The hotel is Jacobean in style, which has been expanded to house a modern and contemporary wing and restaurant, however when booking a room most guests are unaware of this fact and are disappointed upon arrival when they ...
...without a doubt this is the perfect destination for a wedding or reception from the moment you drive down the long tree lined drive you are transported into your fantasy wedding. This is the perfect hotel if you enjoy luxury and the countryside, however you have to like exploring either by foot or rent a car as there are not any local attraction on you doorstep ...

Ups and down of the big kangaroo airline

Advantages: punctuality, safety
Disadvantages: food, crew, entertainment

I have flown with Qantas considerably (9 trips to / from Australia) and now actively look for other airlines when flying out that way. In their favour they do have a great selection of flights and out of any airline on this planet Qantas have to be the long haul experts. Think about it. They hub out of Sydney and it is a 12 - 14 hour flight to the west coast of America. A good 8-9 hours to the first major Asian hubs (Singapore and Bangkok) let alone a 23- 25 hour trip to London (they change the crew half way). The only “short haul” international flights they do are to New Zealand and even that takes a few hours, (still less that what it takes to get to Perth). So when it comes long hall – these guys do have the experience. Other points in their favour: * Their QF1/2 flight to Sydney via Bangkok is the fastest ...
