Crown Moran Hotel, London

Advantages: Great Location. Excellent standard of service. Relatively good value for London.
Disadvantages: No Pool. That's about it!

...INTRODUCTION I booked dinner and theatre for my wife's thirtieth birthday, and needed a relatively up-market hotel in London - with a bit of ?wow? factor - to overnight in. I am a frequent visitor to IC Hotel Group properties on business (these include the five star Intercontinental Hotels, the four to five star Crowne Plaza, and the three to four star Holiday Inn) and am a member of their award-winning ?Priority Club? loyalty scheme, so I decided to use my accumulated points to redeem a ?Reward Night? and stay for free. The hotel is on Buckingham Gate, with extensive frontage featuring an attractive red and white brick façade with decorative arches, reminiscent of Florentine architecture. Advantages: Brilliant location, modern rooms, clean and friendly.
Disadvantages: None I can really think of, if I had to mention something it'd be the pricey internet.

...The Crowne Plaza The City is a wonderful hotel and I would highly recommend it for the next time you visit London. I usually don't like staying in London due to small rooms, unfriendly service and a lack of good value accommodation, however, this hotel had nice sized rooms, friendly and helpful service, and was good value for its central London location. Hotel Location This hotel is located right in the city, it is very close to Blackfriars train station (Please note Blackfriars Tube station is closed until 2011) ,is near to various coffee shops such as Starbucks and is located well for easy access to central London, the only problem I can mention is that due to the fact it is a business area at the weekend it isn't very lively and quiet with not a lot going on. ...A lovely, friendly hotel located in small historical market town of Bawtry I love this little down, just down the road from my parents in Doncaster (home to the famous St Leger). When I was living in the area, I often popped in to the Crown for an evening meal, or a drink with friends and have recently, on a visit back to my old stomping ground, stayed at the hotel. What to Expect A friendly welcome, good food, nice rooms everythig you would expect from a good quality hotel. The Crowns website nailed it on the head when they said " Step into the Crown and you will immediately discover a chic, idyllic retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life".
