Ahhh strange liqueurs, my speciality. My obsession with all things obscure began when I was 18 and working in my first pub. We sold cocktails and therefore had an extensive stock of wierd and wacky ingredients. Whenever we approached stocktake the manager would tell me what to drink on my nights off (I was a big drinker back then) and my taste for Blue Caracao, Creme de Banane, Midori and Creme de Cacao developed.
This particular brand of Blue Caracao is made by the Bols company, who make a wide range of liqueuers and flavoured brandy's.
