I was a visitor from Canada who frequented Cyberia Cafe in Manchester. While there a group of three patrons (who the waitress appeared to be friendly with) stole my purse. It was a complete setup...one man kicked my purse out from under the table while 2 women accomplices distracted me long enough for him to steal my wallet. When I discovered the theft I pleaded with staff to help me, figuring at the very least security cameras would be positioned on the computers. They told me there weren't any cameras on that particular Computer station , and basically just didn't want to know......my wallet was thrown into a post box located outside after they stole my money..the UK Post office found an address in my wallet and returned it to me. I wouldn't give any RECOMMENDATION to Cyberia Cafe as this is a perfect place for tourists to become victims.

I think you could have done with including a little more information for the higher ratings here. Take a look around at other people's reviews and you should see what I mean. Happy to re-rate if you add to this, just put a note in my guestbook to let me know when you're done.
