Overall I was very impressed with Czech Airlines. They have been voted best Central European Airline and I can understand why. Very helpful cabin crew, edible food and good Czech beer. A toy for kids and a willingness to reseat you if space permits to allow babies not to be carried in the lap the whole flight. I would give the flying side 8/10.
The drawbacks were delayed flights on 4 out of 4 flights and a 54 hour delay in tracking a lost item of luggage. But the airline cannot be totally held responsible for shoddy support services.
Difficult to contact direct in the Uk, I booked via expedia and had a query that was resolved satisfactorily when I did eventually get through to there head office

Good review but if you cant cpontact the UK branch office then im sorry Id be havin a drama and as for the lost luggage - the airline company should be held responsible. Nar. (PS I had a similar problem with the disbanded Yugoslavian Airlines about 10 years ago relating to lost back packs)
