We stayed at this Hotel 2 years ago and I would certainly give it more than a One Star rating as it has in the Product Listing.
This hotel is very well located if you are using either the Easyjet or Ryanair Buses from the Ciampano Airport. They drop off near the Railway Station, so also good if arriving in Rome by Train.
The buses actually drop off on the Oposite side of the station, so you will need to go past the front of the station, cross the ... ...station at your back, you soon come to Carlo Alberto the road the Hotel is in. There is a very large Church at the end of the Road, Santa Maria Maggiore so if stuck ask for directions to this Church, the locals are more likely to know this.
The Hotel has a small lobby but very helpful friendly staff. There seems to be quite a few nice DEEP LEATHER chairs to sit about in if your room is not quite ready.

Hotel D\\\'Este is situated in the heart of old Rome, perfect for tourists or business travellers. Not far from Termini railway station. Close to Via Veneto, the Spanish Steps, the Colosseum and Rome\\\'s Opera House. On the city\\\'s underground subway and public transit routes. All rooms are air conditioned and have private baths, plus a mini-bar, direct-dial telephone, satellite colour television and safety deposit box. Nearby conventioned garage. Dry cleaning services. Tour guides for groups or individual. Hotel has no restaurant but a nice breakfast room and a garden patio where clients can relax and enjoy the nice weather. Building is traditional in line with the surroundings. Lobby is medium with reception area at the entrance and a sitting area with sofas and tables. This is a good standard hotel in a very central location.
