Not Lincoln's lovliest!

Advantages: see review
Disadvantages: see review

the little chef instead! So there is no dining room or anything. There is a vending machine in the entrance hall which sells overpriced snacks though should you get hungry. There is also a fairly decent sized carpark at the front of the hotel but in the evening it did get full so I have no idea where you'd park if it was full when you arrived! staff We didn't really see any staff exept when we checked in and she was more than polite and happy to help. She asked us if we knew the area and when we said we did she left it at that. I presume if we woul dhave said no she may have given us some information about where to go and what to do. Visiting Lincoln When visiting Lincoln there is plenty to see and do. It's not the sort of place you go to if you want constant action it's more of a place to explore and appreciate it ...

Review of Travelodge Lincoln Thorpe on the Hill Hotel, Lincoln

White Hart Hotel in Lincoln

Advantages: Close to Historical Landmarks, Friendly Staff, Good Rooms, Stylish
Disadvantages: Expensive Breakfast, Some parts need Refurbishment

pass through, Lincoln doesn't feel touristy at all but I may simply be saying this as I am not visiting in-season and the city isn't exactly teeming with life at the moment. Just outside reception is the typical leaflet shelf with various attractions and there seems to be a few things to do in Lincoln. Just outside my room is a fantastic view of the cathedral which I will be putting up a picture of when I get back. There's also the Lincoln Castle as well as an exhibition which will take you to look at the Magna Carta (only 4 in the UK). It's quite a historic town with predominantly older, but beautiful buildings which fit in very well. The cathedral is awe-inspiring, as well as the castle. It's a great place to take a few pictures but it looks tremendous at night. Within walking distance is a street of shops, but to reach it you must ...

Review of The White Hart, Lincoln

Bond Place Hotel Review

Advantages: Great location and room views
Disadvantages: Lack of free internet access (if guest does not have a computer)

Myself and my family have traveled to Toronto twice in recent years and of the second times we decided to use this hotel. It is a mid-rise building located in the centre of downtown Toronto close to the Eaton Centre and Dundas Square. The hotel's location really is its best feature - in my opinion you really couldn't be in a better position (most attractions such as the CN Tower are within walking distance). The room sizes are good with great views across the city. The rooms are also clean and comfortable. The hotel reception staff were helpful and the reception stays open late which is helpful (for example we arrived at the hotel late at night). The only major downside to the hotel was the lack of free internet access with a computer (i.e. if you do not have your own computer you will either have to use the hotel's pay ...
