Cain Valley Hotel

Advantages: Good picturesque area with friendly staff
Disadvantages: Lack of facilites within the town, it rains a lot in Wales

The Cain Valley Hotel is a 2 star hotel situated in the town centre of Llanfyllin, it is a 15 minutes drive away from the picturesque Lake Vyrnwy, renowned for its bird attraction. Also within a 15 minute drivinge distance is Pistyll Rhayader, one of the seven wonders of Wales, it is the highest Waterfall in Great Britain. Llanfyllin really is a great place to base yourself if you want to explore Wales, and Powys and Chirk Caste are both nearby. Y Dolydd musical festival is also an attraction and it takes place at the end of June and accomodation may be avaiable for that weekend. The hotel has its own Car Park so this is not a problem and the hotel is relatively easy to find. There are 13 En-Suite bedrooms whch are made very cosy by the period features including the 16th century Jacobean staircase. Most of the rooms have beams in ...

Denes Baked Biscuit

Advantages: Natural, good for the dog
Disadvantages: Not a big range of treats, hard to get hold of

Denes Baked Biscuits are the only treats i have found to be available by this company, i have bought them on several occations and mainly used them as treats for training excersizes. They are a good quality healthy and natural dog treat that is brilliant for a dogs digestive system and good for keeping their teeth and gums in good shape. They break up easily into smaller pieces which makes them ideal as a healthy training treat to take to training classes for them which they enjoy so want to work hard to get them. They offer a small range of these biscuits which could be improved by offering a larger range of treats rather than just dried buiscuits, the range they have currently includes Whole grain baked biscuits Low calorie baked biscuits Fresh breath baked biscuit Wheat gluten free baked biscuit all though this ...

Review of Denes

Delights of the Dene.

Advantages: Pleasant, free of charge, well kept, many activities held here, amazing restaurants.
Disadvantages: None.

About the Dene. ****************** Jesmond Dene is Newcastle-Upon-Tyne's hidden gem. Tucked away in the North East of the City, the dene is a Victorian park in a wooded valley. The River Ousebourn runs along the valley floor, complete with waterfalls and a quaint old water mill. The Dene is crowded with trees, plants and flowers along its steep banks and wildlife including the Kingfisher, the Red Squirrel and many woodland birds have been spotted here. The Dene stretches for over three kilometres and there are a large network of paths and bridges throughout. Tthese are found at different levels along the steep banks and it is easy to take a different route and to spot something new on every visit. The dene also incorporates a number of areas of open grassland amongst the trees and there are many events taking part throughout ...
