Darlington in General

Darlington on first glance appears to be your run of the mill mid-sized boring english town. And during the day, it is. But, you can still have an alrite night out if you know where to go and what to do.

My night out of choice is a thursday nite. This is widely recognised as student nite, and I like it because it is a relativly cheap nite, plus its busy with people my age, and most importantly, the girl count is high.

You should start out at about 8 30 pm, going to a few pubs first, before the clubs. I recomend Berlins, for good loud music and nice facilities, Humphreys, because one of the bar maids is HOT, and tanners, for a quiet alternative, and cheap beer.

If you have a few drinks in these places you should be relativly lashed up before hitting the club. On a thursday nite, you MUST go to 2k, and experience the 12.50 all you can drink offer. Get this, and youll get nicley pissed for the rest of the nite, and if you play your cards right and dont pass out, hopefully score with some of the top babes that frequent this club.

I cannot emphasise how much you should avoid Bo Jangles. If anyone suggests you go there, run a mile, it lacks any atmosphere, good music, or real talent.

Friday nites are a bit dead, so id avoid them. Saturday nites are really busy, 2K is packed out with a slightly older, but a still top collection of girls for the pulling.

Final word of warning...although its tempting, dont get too drunk and fight in 2K. I speak from experience. Once, some little fool tried to start something on me, just cos i cracked on to his girlfriend whilst he was there. Naturaly i retaliated, and needless to say, the bouncers arent very gentle when throwing you out. Apart from that, there alrite blokes, and its a top nite out.
