Lobby staff were professional and efficient. Rooms are compact but with good amenities: coffee percolator, fridge, complimentary bottled water. Flat screen TV. Air con a little too efficient as hard to regulate temperature and noisy. The standard of the en suite was excellent. 'Irish' pub next door is part of the hotel but stops serving food at 9pm and not open Sundays. Americna portions average food. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a tourist class hotel to tour the city or the night before a cruise. Complimentary shuttle provided to the cruise terminal.
