Dux De Lux is an ?aquatarian? restaurant/bar complex in Christchurch, New Zealand that offers great food for vegetarians (and pescetarians) at a reasonable price. It is located in the city centre, next to the Arts centre, and is extremely close to the Botanic Gardens. On the two occasions that I have been there, the outside seating has been extremely crowded, with a few spaces inside in the restaurant area. Dux de Lux is a complex that is divided into several parts ? including the restaurant, three bars, and two outside seating areas. This review is about the restaurant.

Bottle Green Elderflower Cordial:
For me nothing tastes like summer more than Elderflower Cordial. I can remember having my first glass at the 'North Somerset Show', (an agricultural show surprisingly enough in North Somerset), when I was about seven. It was the most delicious thing I had ever tasted!
Years later I discovered Bottle Green Elderflower Cordial, (they also do a presse but it isn't as nice), and I occasionally treat myself to a bottle.
The Bottle Green Cordial comes in a beautiful, conical, green glass bottle that holds 500ml. It is a really lovely bottle to look at with a beautiful picture of an elderflower on the front. Being glass it's easily recyclable if you decide not to re-use it. I use my empty bottles, (after sterilisation), to make flavoured oils and vodkas because they are pretty and the green glass protects ...
Advantages: Cheaper, doesn't go flat, just as tasty! Disadvantages: You have to mix it yourself and could make it too weak or with too much cordial!
VIMTO CORDIAL
I love Vimto, it is and always has been (well since I can remember) my favourite soft drink. Up until now I have always bought the pop variety of the drink, the 2lt version, which costs around £2 a bottle depending where you get it, and if there are any offers on. But last time I went shopping I saw the cordial.
Vimto cordial has been around for years, and when my mum and dad bought it at home, I avoided it like the plague, I am not a big fan of still drinks, I like water, and I like pure juice and smoothies, but I am not a cordial fan, and it always makes me think of flat pop, especially this drink. So I never thought of buying it for myself.
