In deWildeman is a great bar for the lover of great beer. Any beer fanatic who visits Amsterdam should make it a point to visit this bar. They have one of the best selections in the Netherlands. There are 18 taps and over 200 beers in bottle. The draught list changes so selection will vary.
They feature a lot of beers from small breweries in the Netherlands as well as beers from Belgium, England and Germany. The beers will also be poured into a proper glass for optimal drinking pleasure. The beer menu can be somewhat daunting but the beer drinker will feel like a kid in a candy store.
In deWildeman is located off the main shopping street near Centraal Station and the Damrak. It's a little tricky to find at first but well worth the effort. When I'm in Amsterdam, I find myself making daily visits to this bar ...
