Advantages: Wide variety of items, sales frequent Disadvantages: Common size clothes get sold out fast
Debenhams is indeed one of favourite shopping stores with its constant sales and discount vouchers available. Recently, my friend bought a perfume and was given two fiver discount vouchers. Well, I got the opportunity to use one of the vouchers to buy myself a perfume too. Smart that Debenhams allow only one voucher against a sale transaction. To my opinion, things in Debenham is worth buying only on sale. I was shocked to learn that a shirt my friend ... ...the following week. But the lucky thing for him is that his size has sold out, so no disappointment. It shows that items in Debenham really get sold out fast. If you are not the same common size, such as M, well lucky you. Most sales items are either Large or Extra Large...So, my advice is wait for a sale if you are big-sized, otherwise buy it when you like it. ...

London will spoil you in this department, there are lots of shopping areas scattered all over London, which offers everything you, can possibly want. Central London has hundreds of fashion department stores and smaller designer outlets. Selfridges, Harrods, Debenhams, John Lewis and many more.
Parks:

Regents Park is my favourite park in London, this park is complete in everyway, you have London Zoo on the premises, lakes, restaurants, acres of playing field, and beautiful wildlife. Regents is not the only park in London ? Hyde park, St James Park, Holland Park, all acres of playing field and pleasure to take walks in.

One of the reasons many come to London is the array of shops in the area.Oxford street ,Bond street and Regent street being the busy ones. The shop selection ranging in prices from cheap to very expensive. It is here you will find Selfridges,Debenhams,Littlewoods,British Home Stores,Etam,Dorothy perkins, Mothercare,Burtons. The strange thing with London is you will also find those cheap market type of shops selling jeans, bags and fashion clothes at cheaper prices too.
Accomodation in the London area can range from high class expensive hotels to youth hostels(In very great demand because of cheapness).Contact the English tourist boards for good list.
What about the food and entertainment?
There are many outlets and some are rip-offs with very high prices for say a can of coke. at Ģ2!!. But there are also ...
Advantages: Great range of shops Disadvantages: Very crowded especially on weekends
If you are a complete shopaholic like me then you probably look far and wide to find the best places with the widest variety of shops you are looking for. Well if you haven't found that place yet then I'll bet you have yet to visit Oxford Street.
Oxford Street is situated in central London and is the heart of shopping in this big city. Right the way down this long street is various shops on both sides. Shops include 2 HMVs, Waterstones, Virgin Megastore, Top Shop (which is the largest fashion store in the world), Debenhams, Nike Town, Selfridges, Marks & Spencer and a great deal more. If you're after London souvenirs then there are also many little souvenir shops that sell anything from postcards to badges to magnets to T-shirts. You are almost certain to find what you want.
You have to enjoy walking a lot to enjoy and take advantage ...
