I live in the hills of West Yorkshire and quietly get on with my life. Poor customer service and rude people really annoys me but everything else i just get on with.

So we arrived tired from our 10 hour flight and the receptionist was really nice and friendly. Our room was amazing. It was massive with a nice big bed and telly. We had a balcony. The hotel is in the middle of downtown. It is across the room from the massive Eaton centre which is the main shopping centre in Toronto. The subway and bus stops are outside the hotel.
Room service is great and worth the money. Your order taker is friendly and proffessional. The waiter who delivers the food is always friendly and the food is presented on a tray with lots of little extras that you might need.
The hotel is very well presented and always clean tidy. All staff from bell boys to the maids always say hello to you when they pass you. Most hotels staff are friendly if you talk to them but here they are all friendly. When we first arrived we had problems using the card key in the lock and a passing maid offered to help and showed us how to use it.
The resturants are varied and there is one which is very casual and you can chose from a number of different counters for a different selection inculding where they make you a pizza. When we left we had a late flight so the bellboy took our bags for safe keeping (there is no charge but obviously you should tip them). When we came back to collect them we handed the bellboy our ticket and he asked if we needed a taxi to the airport so we said yes. He invited us to sit down. So we sat in the hotel lobby which is lovely. Then he came and found us and he had got us a taxi and put our bags in the taxi ready which I think is just a great little touch and unexpected.
Although we didn't use it they have a tour opreator in the hotel should you want to have a city tour or to Niagra Falls as well as the usual conciege. They also have this family friendly swiming pool which has a water slide. All accessible with your hotel room key!
We paid just $150/£75 a night which in a lot of cities just about gets you a bed in a tiny room 5 miles from the city. But for that price we got a huge room in a lovely hotel in the middle of the downtown.
Overall this a is a great hotel where you will be treated like a king wheher your in their best rooms or travelling on a budget like us. We booked four months in advnace on their website and so maybe thats why we got such a great deal. No travel agents on-line or not could match the deal the hotel offered on its website.

Helpful review, but I think this could be improved by adding some more info and formatting to paragraphs, large chunks of text like this are harder for consumers to read, please let me know if you update
