Deluxe hotel Pineta park
*********************************

WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!
************************

Do not get the "deluxe hotel Pineta park"
mistaken for CLUB HOTEL PINETA PARK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I decided, upon the advice of the friends Jackie and Mark, whom we met in Tunisia last year, to meet them this year, June 22nd, at Deluxe hotel Pineta park in Marmaris, Turkey.
*************************************************

Excitedly the day arrived, and we found ourselves arriving at the very impressive, grand entrance of the Deluxe hotel Pineta park.
The hotel is beautifully designed with a spectacular foyer and Stunning lounge /Reception

Arriving at the hotel at around 23.30, after a coach ride from the airport of roughly an hour and half travel,
Following a brief check in, we were asked to fill in our home and passport information and then given our all inclusive wristbands,
We were then plesently given our all important key to our room. I couldn't wait to explore where we would be living for two weeks.
I had politely emailed previously to ask for a nice high floor with a good view of every thing as im noesy and didn't want to miss a thing.
We were allocated room 519, the top floor, reached via one of two very impressive glass elevators, with the promise if we wasn't happy, with their choice of room for us, then every thing would be done to make us happy.
The bell boys had already pleasantly taken our luggage to our room.
Happily, but tired, we took ourselves to our room on the 5th floor.
On opening the door of out hotel room, and placing the key fob into the slot provided on the wall near the door, we turned on the lights.

WOW!!!!!! the room Was . ABSOLUTLY BEAUTIFUL.
On the left as we entered our room, through a beautiful oak carved door was our bathroom.
Five fluffy white hand towels hang from the towel rail near an impressive porcelain sink, stood atop an oak frame wash stand.
A large porcelain WC complete with Bidet and a large impressive bath, with over head shower.
A silver shelf, then housed five huge fluffy white bath sheets.
The management had thought of every thing, a fitted hair dryer and razor point, and, to save the usual having thing that happens when your on the loo. we have to run to answer the telephone whilst on the toilet, even a telephone was installed in the right position not to be disturbed by having to run and answer the telephone.
Even down to Dove hand lotion over the sink, and dove body wash and shampoo over the bath.

After coming out of the bathroom we explored
our bed room.
***********************
We were thrilled! We had two king sized beds to the left of the room with an head board of cream leather and oak wood running the length of the room. How spectacular.
The rooms are carpeted, along with all hallways for added luxury
To the right hand side of the room, was a beautiful huge oak carved oval mirror above a dressing out table and chair. An oak chest for placing your suitcases on and also storing your shoes etc.
Continuing with the same carved wood was a three door wardrobe, and small cupboard, that we discovered once opening housed The mini bar which was filled with soft drinks and water upon our arrival.
As we were all Inclusive there was no need to have alcohol in there, we found it useful for our soft drinks and water.
Directly in front of us was two lovely big round chairs and an occasional coffee table with table lamp, adding to the luxury of the room.
As it was now midnight, we were met with a wall of curtains, the whole width of the room.
before setting out putting our clothes away.
I had to take a look behind these curtains
Lights seam to twinkle from all over, upon a brief peep, I would leave further investigation of my view untill the morning.

the following morning, my eyes opened and I gushed to the sliding patio doors.
at least 20 foot of curtain and lace, was wooshed!! aside.
i had a fantastic view, although not on a beachfront location, i had a lovely view of the sea, and overlooked the pools, and outside dinning area.
how beautiful, I tthought.
I sat there for a while soaking up the sun aon the pation furniture on my balcony, feeling refreshed and blissfully lucky to be staying at the Deluxe hotel Pineta park

If you wont to try scuba diving a good tip to try it out in the pool first. Then if u like it you can

For families The children have their own swimming pool to splash in and

a playground to run around in. There is also a hotel-run kids' club and daytime animation programme for 4-12 years leaving you with free time to relax. Cots and highchairs are also available FREE of charge.

Activities
*******************

There is simply loads to do whilst staying at the hotel as they have facilities enabling you to exercise, get competitive or simply be pampered. However, if you are on holiday merely to be spoilt then you could sink into the comfort of a massage, Turkish bath or sauna (time restrictions apply). There is also a fitness centre (FREE at certain times of the day). The hotel also has a hairdresser, ideal for helping you to look your best for a special night out.
we noticed that The entertainments team were great during the day with all sorts of fun and games going on around the pool, with every nationality encored by the team to take part, but never forced. But I have to say that the evenings did not have a lot of entertainment but we like to explore on holidays, so it did not bother us.
If you wont to try scuba diving a good tip to try it out in the pool first. if you like it you can book an excursion with the trainers at the pool side. Sadly I didn't get to do this as every one in my party wasn't interested enough.

Hairdressers
*******************
I was fortunate enough to have met Isla, she has recently taken over the hotels hair salon, offering spectacular service to her guests.
She has excellent friendship with her staff, who are above all her friends Eileen and Booran.
What truly remarkable people these are. I spent six hours, whilst England was playing in the world cup having hair extensions (Braids) done, with all three working on me at the same time. We overcome any language barriers we encountered, not that they couldn't speak very good English any way and become quite good friends.
By the end of the evening myself, my husband, Jackie mark, Isla, Eileen and Booran, along with Isla's husband, had arrange to go for a fantastic meal together showing us fantastic hospitality.
There prices in salon are very cheep, with exemplary results, and I highly recommend you pop down for a blow dry, colour, or a Turkish shave with Booran. and be sure to say hi from Michele.

Swimming pools
***********************

The hotel has three freshwater swimming pools (2 outdoor and 1 indoor), Also a small paddling pool for the children, great for you to cool off in.
I heard lots of People complain about not getting the sun beds. Admittedly, you did have to get up very early to accost one, but there were plenty of huge beanbags and you could have three to mould into a seat and were actually more comfortable.

Meals
***************

The hotel has two restaurants: one for buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with a special Turkish night once a week (weather permitting) enabling you to try some of the local specialities; there is also an à la carte restaurant, "The Emporium" restaurant adjacent to the hotel which is part of the hotel they will give you 20% discount if you eat there. we found the food fantastic. The theme is Italian but they do everything from an excellent English breakfast with back bacon and pork sausage (not salami or hotdogs) for around £1.50p to kebabs. The prices are very reasonable two starters, 3 main courses and a couple of drinks each around £15 including tip.

All Inclusive
*****************

• FREE at your hotel • Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner • Snacks • Activity programme • Table tennis, darts, pool and tennis • Gym, Turkish bath & sauna • Facilities which are not part of your all inclusive package may include extra local charges
The all inclusive drinks were the local lager which was lovely, all soft drinks, squashes, water and tea and coffee.
Sadly I think you will all agree, and not that it bothered me, as I had no children with me, but all inclusive I thought would have free ice cream, but there was No free ice cream for the kids

The staff
*****************

The whole hotel is kept immaculately clean at all times and all of the staff just want to make your stay as comfortable and relaxed as possible.
The rooms were more than adequate, decorated nicely and the cleaning staff were professional and courteous at all times.
The reception staff and porters are second to none, nothing was to much trouble.
Waiters and chefs were immaculate, polite and professional.

I Also have to add the Picasso bar, you will have to pass it on the way to the main street is absolutely fantastic food and staff are amazing. They make you feel like family. If you do take my advice and visit deluxe Pineta park. You have to go to Picassos.

well thanks for reading and if you do value my opionion, you must stay at the Deluxe hotel Pineta park, im sure you will all agree with me it is truely the best in Marmaris.

best wishes for your holiday Michele x x x
