I have eaten at Denny's quite regularly but it has always been for breakfast on my way from California to Arizona in the early morning, that ... ...is also a plus with friendly wait staff there to help.
The other great thing about Denny's restaurants is that they offer really good, cheap food. They offer so many choices for breakfast, one of their signature dishes being the "Slams". In my opinion the Grand Slam is their best with pancakes, eggs (any way you want them) and sausage.

I have eaten at Denny's quite regularly but it has always been for breakfast on my way from California to Arizona in the early morning, that is what they are known for. The non-stop flowing coffee is also a plus with friendly wait staff there to help. The other great thing about Denny's restaurants is that they offer really good, cheap food. They offer so many choices for breakfast, one of their signature dishes being the "Slams". In my opinion the Grand Slam is their best with pancakes, eggs (any way you want them) and sausage. Denny's are also great for kids. They have a perfect kids menu with a lot of choice, unlike some other restaurants where you can go for breakfast. Their menus for kids include games and puzzles and crayons and also on certain nights they run a promotion where kids eat free. Denny's are open late too, later than most restaurants so they also allow a late ngiht snack after a night of partying!
Advantages: excellent view of fountains and strip Disadvantages: expensive breakfast
Recently staid for 7 nights in a lake view room 19th floor, excellent view of the fountains and was able to turn up the music in the room for extra effect,superb. Rooms were very comfartable and always clean the bathroom was massive and well equipped. Electric blinds and remote lighting excellent touch because didn`t have to get out of bed to open blinds to see the sights.
Booking in was a little conjested but staff worked well and soon cleared the queues and served me with a smile and friendly banter.
The gambling facilities were excellent and the staff very helpful in explaining the rules of some of the games on offer.
Eggs benedict for breakfast alythough expensive was delicious and well worth paying that little more as a treat although usually ate at denny`s down the strip ...
Advantages: beautiful clean beaches, lots to see Disadvantages: lots of expensive shops
among lush vegetation and plants. Beware though many of the shops are very expensive ? although great for window-shopping.
Accommodation is plentiful ? we chose to stay in a Holiday Inn that was close to the waterfront. There was a Denny?s next door, which was handy for breakfast. I found the people in this area very friendly, and hope to return one day. ...

Can’t you just picture that little piece of heaven just off the Motorway called ‘Little Chef’. Succulent, tasty meals all reasonably priced. Somewhere to relax a while and break your journey. What would we do without them?
Hey hold on a minute... – what am I saying?
They’ve become an ‘institution’ at the side of the British roads. Little Chefs have been around for years. For a while challenged for supremacy by the ‘Happy Eater’ chain, but they beat them off and now reign supreme. But why do we use them? After all they are not like the Restaurants you see on continental autoroutes – and certainly nothing like the facilities, range of food and sheer ‘pig-out’ philosophies of such as “Denny’s” in the USA.
