extremely difficult to find a point of focus in this sea of improbably sculpted ice. Several photos later and the gold in the sky threatening to depart at any minute, I walk back, through little paths surrounded by the bright red flowers of the Notro and the purple berries of the Calafate trees, towards the purpose built "catwalks/runways/stairs", without the need to hold on to anything now, because I can see quite clearly. It is a simple but very effective design of wooden stairs and vantage points in the form of balconies, running in different directions, so you can view the glacier from different spots. I am not sure which way to run - I am literally running, trying to catch up with the light - and I simply take as many pictures as possible from as many angles and viewpoints as possible. Embassy Suites

Advantages: Good service, and amenities
Disadvantages: A long way from anything

Embassy Suites On a recent visit to California, I was booked into this hotel because it was close to places I had to visit for work. The hotel itself is only a short drive from the airport (it took about half an hour in a hire car, and not knowing where I was going) and is located in La Jolla which is apparently quite an affluent area, featuring banks and houses and hotels as well as restaurants and a rather nice shopping mall. It's easy to drive into the hotel and should you ask for it there is valet parking in the high rise car park, but I just parked round the back of the hotel. Once inside the hotel, check in was quick and efficient and I was immediately impressed with the well set out entrance lobby featuring some nice little touches such as plentiful flowers. Design of a decade

an article I read, Janet was named the second most successful recording artist of the 1990s. I don't find this hard to believe but I still think she is perhaps not as famous or successful (or should I can iconic) as other female artists such as Madonna or Mariah Carey who I think it would be fair to compare her with. Jackson is ranked by Billboard magazine as one of the top ten best-selling music artists in the history of contemporary music, having sold over 100 million albums worldwide. The Recording Industry Association of America lists her as the eleventh best-selling female artist in the United States, with 26 million certified albums. My favourite album of hers is Design of a Decade 1986/1996, so called because it spans a decade of her work. I like it because it's a compilation album and contains some of her.
