North Devon, walker's and surfer's heaven
Advantages: Plenty of places to explore for walkers, Woolcombe - top beach for surfers
Disadvantages: When it rains, it is very heavy. Small roads are quite hilly to drive through.

Grans just want to have fun
Advantages: Endless variety of things to do
Disadvantages: Uncertain weather

The Sea Trout Inn at Staverton
Advantages: excellent accomodation, super food and beer, lovely location
Disadvantages: none
Periodically I have a small job, which necessitates staying overnight in South Devon. I am fortunate that I have my overnight accomodation paid for.
