Friendly Service - a real gem of a hotel
Advantages: Really convenient location, Good value from all aspects, excells in quality, service and food Disadvantages: none
...sleep after staying at the Best Western Tiverton Hotel. The room was absolutely spotless, the staff very friendly - and facilities surprised me with free Wifi, a printer, flat screen tv, desk/office area and an exceptionally comfy bed. Food and service in the restaurant couldn't be faulted - 2 courses and a pint for under £20. Very convenient location. This hotel is a hidden gem and comes highly recommended ...

Dart Marina Hotel - Highly Recommended
Advantages: Good Rooms, Friendly Service, Brilliant Facilities, Quality Local Food, Short Walk to Dartmouth Disadvantages: None
I have staying the Dart Marina three times now and I feel I need to share my experience with you. Lets put it simply the start with, the hotel is brilliant. There is no other word to describe it. It is right on the seafront and within a pleasurable walking range to Dartmouth. It has outstanding views across the sea with regular yaughts coming into the marina. The team of staff are friendly, helpful and see to your every need. The chef, who I have ... ...and amazing dishes from local produce each time I have been there. The rooms are immaculate and stylish with TV, radio, en-suite and several complimentary items. The facilities, which include a spa, swimming pool and gym, are state of the art and enjoyable to use. All in all, I will be returning to this hotel again and again and I would suggest you do the same thing. ...

Its Bliss to stay at Ibis
Advantages: European Feel, and good valus for money Disadvantages: Bath are too short, breakfast excluded
...Inn and cheaper.
The Ibis is easy to find as it is on the main dualcarriageway when entering the city. It is also on a hill so you can spot the green/red sign in good time. Pulling up at the Ibis offers ample parking and the reception is well sign posted. There are only 51 rooms. There is even parking for a coach/mini bus. The rooms are good value - £46.95 weekdays and weekends. This is for peak season, but during the off season prices are about ... ...OK. The Ibis has rooms for disabled and they accept pets which is good, it is only a 10mins drive to the sea front or 10 mins the otherway and you are at dartmoor. It is also right next to the Plymouth Ski Slope.
You can arrange wake up calls but breakfast is not included in the price. Breakfast is £4.25 per person and is european style. Their breakfast is awesome, warm fresh baguettes, cheese, ham, eggs, fresh coffee. You get cereal, yoghurts, ...

Best Western Duke of Cornwall Hotel - Plymouth Devon
The Best Western Duke of Cornwall Hotel is set in the heart of Plymouth city centre directly opposite the Plymouth Pavilions where a lot of concerts and shows are held. The hotel is also a ten minute (max) walk from Plymouth Ferry port or 5 minutes (max) to drive. Plymouth airport is only 5 miles away. It is also well positioned for city centre shopping and the well renowned ... ...later. ---------------
The Hotel:-
The hotel proudly holds 3 Stars and 1 Rosette for the restaurant.
It is an exceptionally unusual looking hotel in Victorian Gothic style. And from what I am aware it is 5 stories high so thankfully there is a lift!!
The hotel has 71 Bedrooms 27 of which are doubles, 11 are singles, 28 twin rooms and 1 family room. Every room has a television, internet access, hairdryer, trouser press and have 24 hour room service. ...

Go west!
Advantages: inexpensive and convenient Disadvantages: the bed!
My parents live in Dawlish and, I don't know whether they were trying to tell us something, but the moment my sisters and I had all left home, they promptly sold the family home and moved into a one bedroom flat! It's lovely for them, but it does mean that every time we want to come and visit we need to find accommodation elsewhere. After having tried a few other options, we now seem to have settled on the Exeter Travelodge as our place to stay when ... ...price! Firstly it is very well located as it is part of the Exeter Service area at Junction 30 of the M5 which is the main route into Devon and Cornwall from just about anywhere else in the country. The actual address is: Moto Service Area M5 Motorway, Sandygate, Exeter, EX2 7HF The fact that it is located at the service area means that if you are using it as a stopover on a longer journey, you don't have to worry about wasting time trying ...
