The Palace Hotel is a magnificent building set on the edge of the Torquay seafront. I went the stay there as part of a company team building weekend and it was fantastic. I could murder a good breakfast!

Advantages: Good quality, pleasant helpful staff.
Disadvantages: A walk to the centre

We were only going away for a couple of days but for some reason, known only to him, my husband decided that he had very particular requirements as to where we were going to stay and what he expected from the hotel.
