I have been using Dial A flight for at least four occasions now, and i tend to get the same rep which is always helpful. He has always been very helpful, and often bent over backwards to find me a good deal. When i have given him prices from other operators, he has always managed to beat it, and advised me on different options to meet my needs. More recently i have been planning a large group booking, which being my second time doing so for my family, is not much fun i can tell you!!
Each of them are asking for different types of accomodation, each have a different budget and some are starting off at different locations!! My rep has managed to come up with a deal that suits all our pockets, which i have not been able to find elsewhere. I would definitely recommend using them, they are very friendly, helpful and competitive, so far!! On our last family trip, he made arrangements for my dad to be transported to the departure gate as he is elderly and has limited mobility.

Advantages: 5 star service, efficient in the delivery of tickets, Some really good deals (cheap flight, and holiday deals- hence their name), Website is fast, clear, and precise with a huge array of different travel ideas (with a very useful search facility) Disadvantages: Cannot book online, and therefore have to call their "local rate" telephone number (their staff however are very helpful anyway, so not really a big problem), Can become a lengthy phone call if no availablity (however staff will usually do their best)

Advantages: Warm weather all year round, Absoloutley beautiful beaches and scenery, Great wildlife tours i.e. Turtle beaches, Friendly and helpful people, generally cheap Disadvantages: Many products unavailable due to its remoteness, can be extremely hot from May to September, Excluding main cities - not many people speak english and will need an Arabic phrasebook
