The rooms are what you would expect in a hotel of this nature, very basic but most importantly clean and comfortable. ... ...room, be warned they are extremely small. I took great pleasure in demonstrating how I could be peeing on the toilet, with my feet in the shower(yes thats right) whilst resting an arm in the sink all at the same time as watching the TV located in the "far" corner of the room. ...A great, modern hotel. Cheap and cheerful. Cheap. Cheap. Cheap. The restaurant is ok. The bar is ok. The rooms are modern and functional.
I liked it here. The staff were friendly and it is located close to the Albert dock, and Harry Ramsden's is a bit of a walk the other way.
It was a bit noisy. This is probably the cheapest hotel of any quality in the centre(ish) of Liverpool and tends to be busy. I had no complaints. Probably not worth taking the kids, but ideal for a couple. If I go back to Liverpool, I will stay here....

Advantages: Cheap and cheerful. Disadvantages: Not enough room to swing a cat.
...Ive now stayed in this hotel in Liverpool twice. Its located by Albert dock which is about a five minute taxi ride away from the city centre and cost about £3.50 each way.
The hotel only costs £34.00 per room per night. It has a double bed in the room with a single bunk bed on top, therefore sleeps three people unless you manage to get another in the cupboard. The bed only have one pillow per person and the bedding is very hard (So watch for friction burns!!!). The room is very small but still has a w/c and shower. The television has basic SKY channels, whcih is handy for watching Johnny Bravo cartoons after a night on the town.
The hotel has a car park and a restauant for breakfast. The bar is expensive but the staff are very friendly.I would recommend this 2 star basic hotel as a stop over hotel if you are after a night...
