Dollar or $……it’s not. Dollar rent a car provide a wide range of vehicles for those who are fly-driving in Orlando from Sanford Airport. Having just returned from a fly-drive holiday there (the first I have done) I was really impressed with the set up. Having arrived at the airport after a 9 hour flight, waited for ever for the luggage whilst having to listen to some poor tired kids cry their eyes out, I walked out of the terminal and to the Dollar desk. Everything had been pre-arranged and it was merely a matter of giving them my licence details, credit card details and “Have a nice day, here are your keys sir” Walk out of the building into a nice big people carrier with a full tank of petrol. And at the end of the holiday you return the vehicle and you don’t have to fill it up again, it’s all included in the price. Mind you at around £1 a gallon who would care !!!!! Certainly the next time I do a fly-drive I may cut out the middle man and go direct to Dollar and arrange the vehicle it would be even cheaper…….
