Comfortable, congenial accomodations
Advantages: Clean, comfortable, quiet, proximity to amenities
Disadvantages: You will either need to hire a car or use the local bus service to get beyond Soufriere.
We spent nearly two weeks with Mr. Francis Charles at the lovely Ocean View Apartments in Scott's Head, Dominica. By virtue of its being 1/2-hour by car from Roseau, the capital, Scott's Head is a small, peaceful fishing village located at the end of the Western coast's main road.
