Advantages: Loads of Entertainment, lovely staff, Easy to get to the bus stop. Disadvantages: It stands upon a steep hill which isn't that good for people with Health Problems
for the adults and children which is great fun. In the Arcade they have got everything from Pool Tables, to Basketball Machines, which mostly Adults play.
The Apartments have a Balcony either overlooking the Pools or the Scenery at the back, Bathroom with a Bath, Shower, toilet, sink, bidet and even a hairdryer. You can have a room with one bedroom or two, all depends on how many are in your party. You get all the cooking facilities that you require. The Apartments have got a Fridge, Freezer, Cooker, and a Microwave.
About twice a week a maid comes in and does the Cleaning, gives you new towels, changes the bedding and even gives you toilet paper so you don't have to buy your own.
So if anybody is planning a trip to Benidorm, I would suggest trying this place it is excellent. I guarantee that you will have a great time, I can't wait to go back ...

Benidorm is full of third rate hotels catering mostly for the mass British tourist market. It is easy to see why it is so popular,with a great climate,blue flag beaches,good transport links,and close to a number of theme parks.Finding a good hotel however is another matter.Most of the Benidorm hotels are booked by the large travel companies and to be honest with a few exceptions remain cheap and cheerfull. The Don Pancho however is another matter. The WOW factor begins when you arrive as you walk thru the Mayan themed garden, with river and waterfall,to enter the hotel. The check in is one of the quickest in Spain and you are then taken along with your luggage to your room (unheard off in the rest of Benidorm hotels.) We have just returned from these apartments yesterday after spending a week in Benidorm and I personally would not recommend them to anyone who is traveling as they were terrible.
We arrived at Alicante airport at 19.30 and jumped on our transfer to the resort, we were dropped off outside the Vacanza apartments and were left there for 30 minutes standing outside with our cases. The apartments were unaccessible as the were surrounded by security gates and there was NO RECEPTION in the complex. We were not advised where to go or how to get our keys, Reception was a 25 minute walk away into the centre of Benidorm near the beach but this shut at 19.30. It was only when 3 nice english women from the complex spotted us standing who advised us we needed to pick up our keys from nearby Palm Beach Hotel which was nearby up a steep hill. So 2 ...
