Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Dr Stephen La Berge
Before i Bought this book, i always wandered what it was like to control my own dreams, i had a few "random" Lucid Dreams but didn't know what they were.
I then went and researched on the internet about Lucid Dreaming and found a very useful forum, from here i was recommended Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming.
I ordered it from amazon, As soon as it arrived i was head down straight into the book.
I'll tell you something since buying this book and learning about Lucid Dreams, i have managed to control my dreams pretty much at will. In the book certain teqniques such as:
1) DILD - Dream Induced Lucid Dream
2) WILD - Wake Initated Lucid Dream
It even has tips on how to recall your dreams better.
In the field of Lucid Dreaming, Dream Recall is a necessity!

On our recent trip to the Loire Valley Mr Tart and myself arrived in Tours quite late on our first night. We drove down to Tours from Paris. We were going to stop for something to eat on the way but in the end decided to make our way straight to Tours and get settled in the hotel and then find something close by. A couple of minutes from our hotel we came across this place and were really glad that we did.
LOCATION:
La Chope is located at 25 Avenue Grammont. Our hotel was on the same road so we just came across it. It is about a ten minute walk from Tours? old town. The restaurant doesn?t stand out and the sign is not particularly bright so make sure you look out for it.
THE EXPERIENCE:

Believe it or not you can actually teach yourself this conscious state of dreaming and if you follow the guidelines written in this book I can almost guarantee you will have a lucid dream within a month and who knows we can meet each other in our lucid state and set up a Ciao lucid dreaming forum.
Stephen LaBerge is the author of this book and has published a lot of academic articles on the subject to prove that everybody can be taught how to lucid dream. He has proved, scientifically, that it can be taught to everyone, barring any kind of brain damage.
