X Drive, like so many other online storage web sites, is badly let down by many factors.
One of its biggest problem facing it is now you have to pay for the priviledge of storing stuff and using it.
My first interaction with X-Drive was not through choice.
I forget what it was now but something I was once downloading would not burn down to your machine directly. It had to go to X Drive first.
It was just a con to get you to join up to X Drive.
I did, however, join up as the service was free.
This was great because you could download stuff to X Drive instantly rather than taking hours downloadig stuff to your hard drive.
Sounds good but remember this...
You still have to download it to your hard drive in the end if you want to use it so it seems a pointless step.
A lot of cracked Gaming sites use these online storage ...

Advantages: One of David Lynches best films. Disadvantages: Confusing.

As the credits roll we are treated to a display of 50's dancing. There are many couples doing the jitterbug, bunnyhop, and the Jive. This is a lively sequence and all concerned are having a lot of fun. Suddenly a face surges to the fore cloaked in a white mist and she is featured alone and disjointed from all the others. She wavers, and then disappears back through the crowd again. The whole scene is shot very basically and the colours are subdued. Yes I was seduced by the thought of extra space in hyperspace so signed up. I have regretted this move for 3 months now.
Maybe I am stupid or maybe I have an internal error in my system but I have had to rebuild my computer to get rid of the all pervading fingers of X-Drive throughout my system.
X-Drive promised me 25Mb of extra storage for free. This comes with a small programme you have to download so your computer can access this extra storage. But this opens up your registry from all sorts of system files to the net and, no doubt, provides X-Drives advertisers with information about you so that they can insert advertising into many of your applications.
I disagree with this philosophy of computer snooping as a rule but when the advertising started sending my virus checker into hyperdrive warning me about every known trojan in ...
