I was last in Dublin in December just before Chirstmas. I hadn't been to Dublin for a few years until then. So When I got there I was surprised and wowed by how much it had changed and by how much it had stayed the same!

It seems Dublin has only got better, its the best City in the world to shop outside New York. The people are the most freindly bunch of people in the world. And the cold fresh sea air that blows in from the irish sea is just perfect for making you feel alive.

Dublin isn't expensive too get too either. I flew Air Lingus from London city airport for £35 return! And I went away too Dublin for 4 days.

So what too do if your not into shopping?
Best thing in Dublin is the Nigtlife! Go out with a friend or two and you will meet the most amazing people as you stagger from irish pub too irish pub, forget the clubs, stick too the bars as there far more entertaining. Everyone wants too be your friend.. Maybe its the magic of the Black Stuff, but its great.. Your night musn't end until at least 4am when the last of the pubs will start too unwind. You must catch a live irish band on your pub travels before the night is over, a great dancing experience. The Ministry would be shocked, but who cares!

The new Guinness Experience opened in December when I was there, a contrast from the original tour.. As the smell of yeast is less obvious.
The tour is spread out over about 6 floors of the tallest building in Dublin. Each floor takes you through the process of how guinness came about, how it is made, advetised (great adverts) , and how it is drunk.. The last stage of the experience is on the top floor of the building, where you get a free pint of guinness and a panoramic view of the lovely city that is Dublin..

A must see city!

PS : check out the Gate Theatre at the top of the prince of whales Street. I saw Oliver there and I was blown away!
