I recently had the misfourtune of booking with this hire car company. I have used Easy rentacar before at Glasgow airport and had no problems. They appear to have since changed names to easycar and this time we found them to be appaling.
I had done an internet search for hirecar companies at the Italian airport we were flying to. They came out as one of the cheapest and I booked the car as they were a name I had heard of. Only once the booking was confirmed (and paid for in full) did they tell me that it would be a different company actually hiring the car to me.
On arrival at the airport we couldn't find any metion at Easycar or the other company they had mentioned. After much worry and asking around various customer service/hirecar desks we found them under a THIRD company name!
We had also booked and paid for an infant seat for our 7 month old son, the seat was there but they could't show us how to fit it. Eventually we had to ask someone from another company to help us. We weren't sure of the fitting and hardly used the car at all, which really put a dampner on our holiday.
I wouldn't use this comany again.
