The booking process went smoothly and I received confirmation that the booking had been accepted. I went to pick up my car today at the time arranged and the depot was closed. The lady working there said last collections were at 2pm and that they had no booking for my car. Easycar cannot offer me any alternative and suggested I try other car hire companies to see if I could find another car myself. They have refunded my money but I have arranged to meet people today, others tomorrow and my family for Easter Sunday and my bank holiday weekend plans are ruined. I have not used them before and I will not be using them again. This lack of service is just not good enough. I recommend having a back up plan if booking through them.
