I have used EasyJet with no real problems at all, occasionally the flights are slightly delayed but this isn't the airlines fault - low-cost carriers are well below the major 'flag-carriers' on an airports list of priorities, and can find take-off/landing slots have very little margin for error. I recently flew to Amsterdam and had no complaints with the level of service and professionalism of the staff. I also found booking over the internet a simple and painless process. A lot of people on this site have criticised EasyJet, Ryanair, Buzz etc, but I think it comes down to what you are after - is cost or comfort your main concern. At a time when an off-peak return to London from Leeds on the train costs me close to £60 I think its great that these airlines offer half of Europe for a similar price. You pays your money, you makes your choice....
