We recently booked return tickets to Malaga from Luton with EasyJet. As promised Internet booking was straightforward and we arrived at Luton to find it snowing! Great timing I thought. Pah! Flight cancelled!
Expecting to find a problem regarding a refund I asked for our return tickets (singles out singles back) to be transferred to another day. I spoke with Mark in Customer Services who after consulting a colleague agreed that although the price had increased (school's half term) EasyJet would be pleased to transfer the tickets.I pointed out the cancellation was due to snow and asked for the transfer cost (£10 each ticket I belive) to be waived, which Mark agreed. Superb service, hassle free!
EasyJet Customer Service were having a busy day since 26 flights were affected by the unexpected weather, by playing it calmly I secured a happy (cost free) result.Well done EasyJet.
