I enjoy the online booking and ticketless system of easyjet. The booking procedure is very simple and save the environment by using paperless system. I fully encourage paperless even at my work place. I live in Manchester and had to take a bus to Liverpool for catch the flight. Easyjet had provided FREE bus service from Manchester city to John Lennon airport. However, I heard that the service has currently being cancelled. The orange colour of easyjet is so easy so recognise and looked very attractive. Having said that, I think easyjet has to re-design the attire of the stewards-ess. Food? Well, taking KLM which costed my partner 4 times more didn't provide any better sandwich than the corner shop. Easyjet provides decent coffee at reasonable price and delicious sandwiches too. Compare easyjet and Ryanair, easyjet flies to main airport and that makes life so much easier for the passengers than Ryanair which flies to small airport outside the city to cut cost.
