Edison hotel was built in 1931in true Art Deco style it is situated in the heart of New York. On 228 West 47th Street just half a block from Times Square and one block from restaurant row also either direction you'll have Broadway so the situation of this hotel is perfect. when checking in i was immediately greeted by friendly staff. as usual i thought a lift would take ages and we where on the 7th floor but suprisingly the lifts came quickly. on arriving at the room i was a bit disappointed with the view as it was off a back of the street and became noisy in the morning with lorries delievering stuff. the rooms had really high ceiling with a cupboard with a tv for entertainment and lots of storage for unpackaging. the bathroom was very small , with basic sink, bath and toilet. unfortunately our lock on the bathroom was broken but staff fixed that asap. The hotel made me feel really safe with the security on 24/7. the hotel comprised of a little shop and bar to socialise, but a very large sitting area where you can use the internet and chat with people. the staff are so friendly and offer lots of advice on where to go and any information leaflets you need they will have. they will also take the time to book trips for you. an absolutely amazing city, and an ideal hotel for sight seeing and feeling within the heart of all the busy lifestyle of new york

A little more info about this hotel (Such as how much it costs per night) and breaking your writing up into paragraphs would probably help you get some higher ratings. It sounds like not a bad place to stay in. A x
