Goth night out
Review of Edwards No.8 by zef

Advantages: easy to get in
Disadvantages: handy if you like your music heavy

This place is cheap to get in and dosnt mind who comes. When I went last there was a club upstairs aswell which you could just walk into which played really heavy metal goth music. Downstairs just plays Alternative like nirvana. Drinks are quite cheap and there is no dress code. There are loads of goth women in there of all ages especially upstairs. The dance floor is small and there is a big pillar in the middle to look out for. The DJ calls everyone ... Read review

...apartments, all of which still exist to the present day. Edward 4th began the building of St. George’s Chapel, Henry 7th completed the nave and Henry 8th set the vault over the choir, and also built the castle gateway. Later still, Elizabeth 1st built the north terrace and Charles 2nd restored the state apartments. ~ ~ But the King who did the most to transform the essentially medieval castle into the magnificent Royal Palace that it is today was George 4th. Queen Victoria spent so much time here after the death of her husband Albert that she actually became known in the area as the “widder of Windsor”, and it was she who was responsible for the decoration of the Albert memorial Chapel in memory of her beloved husband. ~ ~ What is truly remarkable is that despite the many different hands that had a part in the building... IT'S BEEN A HARD DAYS NIGHT AT THE INN
Review of Days Inn Birmingham East, Birmingham by  belinda9

Advantages: Immaculately Clean, nicxe price, friendly staff, great location
Disadvantages: None, I can think of.

...Holidays and Iam sad to say, I was trying to spot one of our boats. It's not an eyesore as someone might think, it's a very trendy area where loads of students, business people walk by and sometimes sit overlooking the canal on the many seats outside the pavement cafes. After a great nightout at Edwards No8 Rock Club, we headed back to the hotel at about 2am. There wasn't any security which I was surprised about. The reception chappie told us we could order a pizza and have it delivered to our room, which we did, he said there was no room service. Within 20 mins it came, and we scoffed the lot. In the morning we went down for breakfast in a pleasant room. It was a buffet breakfast and all you could eat. This was in the price of the room, we never got offered a room only price, and breakfast charged extra, it was all in one price. I didn't think... Read review

The history of London
Review of London in general by  donenko

Advantages: London has very interesting history.
Disadvantages: No disadvantages

...London was founded in the first century A. D. by the Romans. They left London in the 5-th century and the city was largely abandoned.By the 8-th century London was again a busy trading centre and in the 11-th century it became the capital of England. Edward the Confessor built a palace and an Abbey at Westminster. The Norman period saw the construction of the Tower, old St. Paul's Cathedral and many churches and monasteries. Medieval London grew in importance as a trading centre and in 1215 its citizens won the right to elect their own leader, or Lord of Mayor. London began to spread beyond the city walls during the Tudor and Stuart periods. The Great Fire of 1666 destroyed three-quarters of the city. Sir Christopher Wren rebuilt St. Paul's Cathedral and designed 51 churches. The rebuilding of London followed the medieval street... Read review
