I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It is the book of the month at our book club and is probably not a book I would have chosen for myself but is an extremely interesting portrail into life for people in that age and of the two countries.

Prison Break is the gritty and clever prison drama TV series from the US. The show never really took off on British screens, but the first two seasons were broadcast on Channel 5, with it moving to Sky One for season 3. Season one is the best of the bunch and is full of ideas and action that will have you coming back for more and more.
The show follows Michael Schofield, an engineer, whose brother Lincoln is incarcerated at Fox River Penetentiary. His brother appears to be at the wrong end of a government conspiracy and is facing execution in the near future. Michael armed with the prison plans tattoed on his body gets himself arrested with the aim to break his innocent brother out of jail. For those of you who like to Shop then Port El Kantaoui will seem like a Paradise. The majority of the Shops are located around the Marina and the Square but there are also large Supermarkets which sell Gifts and Souvenirs. The best buys are Pottery, Clothing, and Textiles, but be prepared to haggle. You should expect to pay around a third of the original asking price. Close to the Square there is also a large open air Market where some bargains can be found but be warned the vendors here can be vicious and therefore I suggest you read my tale below.
