Alicante is defintely a nocturnal city , a bit like me I guess ....... Its mild inviting climate is one of the reasons why Alicante City is buzzing at nights and more so in the summer months. There are many places to drink , eat & party , all of which continue into the early hours of the morning. There is an area of Alicante called " El Barrio" , it is the old part of the city and here you will find lots of cafes & taverns , each with its own unique style & personality ..... A variety of venues also offer live music such as salsa , sevillanas , jazz etc.......

Advantages: charming hotel, good customer service Disadvantages: perhaps too small fitness club
...I have decided to talk about this wonderful hotel for many reasons.For you to know the best places in my country to visit,( I'm afraid this is not a very english sentence,suggestions welcome ) and for the staff of this cute hotel because they make me feel at home when I'm there.
LOCATION
the main reason to choose this hotel, is the location: in Costa Blanca, Alicante, there's a village called Jávea,between Cabo de la Nao and Cabo de San Antonio,protected from the north winds by a hill called "El Montgó". It lays In a coast full of nice coves ( we called them "calas") rocky and clear beaches , and orange trees with its azahar blossoms, that spreads their sweet smell during the flowering period.This specific smell makes the sorrounding areas a charming place to stay for the easter holidays.

...After having a day trip to Alicante a couple of years ago (Well actually 2 hours on a Thomson excursion) while staying in Benidorm,my wife & myself decided to use my last 4 days holiday entitlement to have a short break in Spain & found a really good value holiday in Alicante courtesy of Easyjet.
The idea was that 4 days would give us plenty of time to have a good look around the city & as we are into that sort of thing,the castle.
The flight went OK but on the Alicante newsletter which I am subscribed to It recommended getting an excellent free map of the city from the information desk at the airport.
Well this is where things started to go wrong - I could not find an information desk so we decided to catch the bus & get one in Alicante.
As it was Sunday all the information places were closed so we finished up having to pay 5 euros...
