elbowbeach is the best album Louise had recorded. She has written most of the tracks herself and it is about hef own life. If you listen to the lyrics I think they describle life very well.
If you are a louise fan then this album is a must because there are some very personal tracks in it. (ie. first kiss) The name of her album Elbowbeach is where she and Jamie Redknapp got married.

Tennis elbow is a condition I have had the misfortune to suffer with for the past couple of years.
It started out as occasional pain in my right arm. I broke this arm when I was 17 and as a result ever since I have got used to the occasional twinge of pain. However over time the pain has become more insidious, culminating in being so bad I struggle to use my right arm - which is a problem as I am right handed.
Visits to the doctor have resulted in several remedies being suggested to me, including ibuprofen tablets, which worked at first, to eventually a silicone injection, which worked in a very strange way - it made the pain much worse for the first 24 hours before removing it completely.
I truly thought I had rid myself of tennis elbow but just 12 months later, the tell-tale pain was back.

The whole album was written or part-written by Louise herself, so its quite autobiographical (if that's the right term). The album title was named after the island in the Caribbean where Louise and her footballer hubby Jamie Redknapp were married.
If you were thinking of buying this album on the strength of "2 Faced", like me, I think you might be sadly disappointed with it.
Oh, and even though I'm not one to judge a CD by its cover, I've seen far nicer pictures of Louise than the ones on the cover of ElbowBeach! :-) ...
