Arrival
Although we were moving from a hotel not that far away we arrived by taxi as we had lots of luggage. Our taxi was greeted by one of the many bellboys on duty outside helping both the arriving and departing guests, they took charge of the luggage, gave us receipts and told us to call the number on the receipt once we were in our room and wanted our luggage delivered. So far so good.

I have always loved Belinda Jones books, and I have read near enough all of her books: I Love Capri, On The road to Mr Right, The Paradise Room, Out of the Blue, The Love Acadamy, Cafe Tropicana and now Divas LasVega. The only book of hers I have left to read is The California Club (and the new book which she has coming out soon).
I'm not quite sure where Divas LasVegas comes in the line of her books, it could very possibly be one of, if not, her first book.
I loved all of Jones' previous books, they have all been amazing, and have really captured my imagination, this book was very different and I must say, it isn't the best of her work.

The nice thing about most of the hotels in LasVegas is that the parking is free. We drove there and found our way to the MGM hotel where the car park was clearly signposted. We then made our way to the lobby of the hotel which as extremely impressive. You have to remember than most of the hotels in Vegas are huge and this one is no exception. The main hotel has 5,044 rooms as well as different sections of the hotel that house nicer suites, lofts and villas.
The lobby had more than 20 people on reception so check in was quick and easy. The most impressive thing was the flower displays, all real and hundreds and hundreds of roses.
