Flew by Emirates from Nairobi to Dubai. Flight got delayed from airport by several hours - no communication received by airline staff, total chaos, and very unhelpful. Ended up going to Dubai 2 days later on the next available flight, which meant missing out on 2 days in Dubai, for which we had already paid. Have still not received refund on our package in Dubai, which we had booked through Emirates directly. On the plane itself, inspite of specifically ascertaining that food was vegetarian (which we had booked in advance anyway), were told by airline crew twice (two different members) that it was, only to find out that it wasn't!!Would like to know how to go about this now, in order to get compensation of them for the stress caused, non-refund payment, loss of enjoyment, etc.
