My partner and I decided to take a short break in Eurodisney recently.

We found the cresta brochure in our local travel agents. Cresta holidays is a subsiduary of eurotunnel.We booked the holiday and paid for it and awaited until time had arrived.We were due to depart on eurotunnell at 06.06am on the sunday or so we thought.At about 8pm on saturday evening, he did a final ticket and passport check and noticed that the tickets were for 06.06am on saturday.Horrified I phoned the help number in the booklet we were given and spoke to an operator. She phoned Eurotunnel on our behalf and said that if we let immediately and got to the port by 11pm we would be able to go without incurring extra charge. She also phoned ahead to our hotel just outside of paris to let them know we would be late.

The following morning in france she called us again to check all was ok.thanfully we had our mobile phones with us.on the last day of our holiday we left for calais after breakfast to do some shopping,by 3pm we decided to come home, but our crossing wasnt until 10.20pm. we asked Eurotunnel is we could have and earlier one,and were told we would be charge £15.We said ok then we were told that the fee was waived. It was a nice holiday and the service from Cresta and eurotunnel was excellant. It is such a pity that the help line closes at 9pm.
it would be beneficial to customers, should something happen to be open 24 hours.

Cresta do holidays to Eurodisney,France,Belgium and Holland. Within the brochure are details about adventure holidays to Sunworld and Centre Parcs. As well as golfing and driving holidays. When your tickets arrive, they come in a pack which includes a route planner,a map of france or where ever your going to, a GB sticker and a general information booklet.

The prices stated in the brochure include hotel and crossing and there are free nights in stays of 4 or more plus a third person gets to pay a cheap rate if sharing your room.

Ideal holidays for a goup of friends or couple with children.
