As someone who regularly uses rental firms for both business and pleasure I can not rate highly enough the experience I have had with this firm who I have only recently started using having received progressively worse service from one of their better known competitors. The prices are very reasonable, the cars are always spotless and the staff friendly. One major advantage I have found is that they will collect you from home and take you back once your rental has ended and all for free!!! Normally I have found that the firms I have used charge for this privilege. There is no quibbling with them and a feeling that they are out to make additional money out of you. An example of this was my most recent rental when (as you should always do) I had checked the car over before signing the condition report/rental agreement. However, it had been raining and there were droplets on the bodywork which made it difficult to see everything. On getting the car home I noticed a few scratches and a dent in the door which I had missed. Rang the branch up, no problems at all. This is in stark contrast to other firms who have given me the 3rd degree alleging the damage to have been caused by me and having signed for which I was now liable!!!
