They keep their word and provided the car I had asked for, but this is where the service ended. After obtaining a quote online and the confirming the price over the phone I arrived on the day to be charged additional insurance cover costing £110 to cover a £600 excess. After initially being quoted £362, the cost ended up being £472 with the insurance which I was told would cover all excess.
Upon returning the car a dent, which was not caused by myself and is only noticeable upon very close inspection also incurred an addition excess of £100. Something which I was told would be covered in the original additional insurance cost. Total cost of car rental £572.
In my experience do not take the sales persons words for anything, you may end up paying an additional excess charge even when you take out the additional fully protected insurance as it was described.
This was my first rental experience and due to the legalised extortion Enterprise hit me with, my last.

i have dealt with these through swinton insurance and didn't have any probs with them, but it was about 3 years ago so maybe they have changed so thanks for the warning - Jo

I had to deal with these clowns, when I had an accident a couple of Years ago, as they were my nominated " Courtesy Car " provider. They were a nightmare from start to finish, and I would certainly not advise anyone to use them either.........Roy......

Gosh you could have bought a second hand car with that. We hire when we go on holiday and we were given the tip of using your camera and take 4 pics of the car infront of the salesman so he knows you know every dent there is or isnt in the car!
