As Easyjet were offering cheap deals, I jumped at the chance to visit Berlin. My only worry was that the airport was miles away from the centre of Berlin (being the old East Berlinairport). Do not worry about this - there is a really fast and cheap train directly into the centre of Berlin. it only takes about half an hour and is really easy to find. They have printed little train pictures on the floor so you know where to go (and airplane pictures for the opposite direction). If you have just missed a shuttle bus to the train station - don't wait as it is only a 5 minute walk.
