IF YOU DON'T LIKE HEIGHTS LOOK AWAY NOW!
Whilst on a spiritual and artistic level, the shrine of the Magi is the undoubted highlight of any visit to Cologne Cathedral, in my book the experience of climbing the tower takes some beating. This is something of a hobby of ours, climbing towers, particularly in cathedrals, if you think the view from the top of St Paul's in London is good, then that from the top of St Peter's Cologne is in another league!
In order to make the 509 stair ascent of the South Tower to a viewing platform at the base of the spire, we handed over 2 Euro each at the kiosk and started climbing. This was at about 10.00am; by the time we came down, approximately an hour and a half later, there was a long ...

For main courses we either hit the markets or went to my favourite ...
Advantages: Funny Teenagers in Europe Disadvantages: Crude, rude humour
Euro Trip is one of those teenage movies that actually can?t help but make you laugh. It?s of a similar humour to American Pie, rude, crude and a little wrong but actually a very well made movie and in my opinion very funny.
Euro Trip was released in 2004 . It stars your usual bunch of teenage actors that have swamped Hollywood in recent years. Some have gone on to make more of their careers, some haven?t done very much at all. The girl in this movie who goes to Europe is Michelle Trachtenberg and she has been in Buffy and gone on to do quite well.
The basic plot of this movie tells the story of Scott Thomas and his three friend?s travels across Europe in search of his pen pal Mieke. He discovers he has feelings for her after he is unceremoniesly dumped by his college girlfriend. In quite funny scenes from the beginning ...
