Not only was the room actually an appartment but the balcony we had unexpectedly been given afforded the most fantastic view over the city and was of ample size to have put the dining table and chairs on had it not been the middle of winter. ... ...the gym/sauna facilties the standard of cleanliness, maintenance and service I saw elsewhere would lead me to believe that these were of a very high standard also. In terms of location whilst the hotel is outside the main centre of Brussels it is all of a 30 second walk from a Metro stop. The 72hr Brussels card is also a great investment. Once we arrived we realised that the price we'd paid was nothing compared to the quality of the hotel. Not only was the room actually an appartment but the balcony we had unexpectedly been given afforded the most fantastic view over the city and was of ample size to have put the dining table and chairs on had it not been the middle of winter. Although we did not eat in the hotel or use the gym/sauna facilties the standard of cleanliness, maintenance and service I saw elsewhere would lead me to believe that these were of a very high standard also. In terms of location whilst the hotel is outside the main centre of Brussels it is all of a 30 second walk from a Metro stop. The 72hr Brussels card is also a great investment. Costing 30euros it gives you free travel and free admission to almost every museum in the city. Although the hotel is probably of average cost without the deal we received I would advise anyone to search out the deals on offer and make this hotel their base.
