Europcar

We hired with europcar for 5 days, we expected a VW golf, ended up with a Renault.
but that was the least of our complaints. we arranged the car to be picked up on the final day of rental. no one came. the following day they turned up the following morning. We thought everything was fine. until i noticed 450 pounds of extra charge the following day. i rang up and asked what this charge is for. The answer was for damages/dents made to the car. What's strange is that we took out fully comprehensive cover (zero excess) for this car. When i explain this to the customer rep. they apologised and said a refund will be issued. and it was a mistake on their system... funny that....I am still waiting for my refund 3 weeks on. In the mean time, i will be writing reviews on as many websites as possible. to warn others of this terrible company.
