I assure you that all of my reviews are true to word, and not misleading in my view.

I boarded the EuroStar to Brussels, Belgium from Waterloo International Station, London. I found the service very helpful and friendly and I thought that the multi-lingual staff had been very well trained to deal with customers and travellers.
I travelled with a group of 20 students and the service was very good to us, but the prices of the food-cart on the train left ALOT to be desired and not alot of change even though the staff attending were very friendly and easy to communicate with.
The toilet facilities were basic, and very cramped, but served their purpose.
Although the chairs were fairly close together, the fact tha not all rides are fully-booked meant that we could change seats and even spread ourselves out so we could sleep. The staff had no problem with this which was good to see!
The security was extremely tight which was very reassuring and all travellers were treated with equal respect.
Out of 10, I would rate my journey 8, as it was a very smooth journey, but still rather expensive and had basic facilities.
How helpful would this review be to a person making a buying decision? Rating guidelines
I poke about safety and my own experiences, and I believe that's all that is required for a review. Have a nice day,. Rob.

Interesting experience you had. What I would do to improve the ratings is talk more generally about Eurostar. Such as the specifications of the service, e.g. what are the trains and what routes does the service offer. Other things that might be worth talking about are the cost of service (it would help potential buyers decide if it is a viable option for them), reliability, travel times (i.e. x hours to get London to Paris), safety.
