One of the best excursions offered by Tour operators in the Orlando area is the FULL DAY excursion to the Everglades National Park which includes a ride on an airboat, a show featuring Aligators and an afternoon and early evening at Marco Island on the Gulf of Mexico before the long drive back to Orlando via St Petersburg..
This is one hect of a long day out it starts around 0600 and ends about midnight, its an absolute must for non car drivers, we hesitated the first time we went to Florida but decided to take advantage of it the following year.
We stopped en route at a Macdonalds for brunch prior to arriving in the Everglades for Lunch and the Airboat ride, now at this pont it doesn't matter whether you do this excursion or another but...YA CAN'T come to Florida and not go on an airboat ride !! we had a great time and the theme ...

pool, with both a deep and shallow end, which caters for the adults and the children, along with a deck of sun beds, however considering we were right next to the beach we didn't really stay at the hotel.

The rest of the time during our trip we stayed at a family house located in Miami. Again even the houses are like hotels, largely due to there sheer size and garden space, as well as most of them having swimming pools in the back yard.
Attractions:
Florida has so much to offer the tourists; it caters for both the older and younger generation. I previously went to Orlando ten years back to go do the whole Universal studios tour, however being a lot older this time around I could experience the nightlife, the clubs and have the independence to ...

Advantages: Lots of fun, loads of things to do, great weather, brings the family together Disadvantages: Expensive, parks can be busy, long days
the surprise would be. Opening up the card, 11 plane tickets dropped out. Glancing at them further I let out a shreak! We were going to Florida. We would be flying on the 16th July and we would be staying for 19 days in a large villa.

PREPARING FOR OUR TRIP.
The preperation for our trip began in around May, two months before we were due to fly. The weather in Florida was expected to be incredibly sunny while we were there so we packed lots of shorts, t.shirts, sandles, and plenty of suncream.
I searched online, scowering through every Florida site, deciding what I wanted to do there, and what kind of thing look good. There certainly seemed to be plenty of fun for everyone, and it definitly looked like a family holiday.
As our passports would be out of date in June, we were required to get new passports for going to Florida. We ...
