I know it's a bit of a crappy title but I couldn't think of anything. I have flew with excel airways only once and I think they deliver an excellent service. Excel airways have only been in existence for three month's since there first flight from Gatwick airport which was described as the most glamorous take-off ever seen.
Inside the plane is very spacious, the legroom you get is much better than any plane I have travelled with before and they have a selection of magazines available under the seats ready for you to read. The staffs run you through every safety regulation before take-off and also give you complimentary sweets.
I was flying to lefkasin Greece, which took around three hours to get there, and the flight was very pleasant. The entertainment was good on the flight out to Greece we saw spy kids, which was a very entertaining film although you did need earphones to see the movie. The film I saw on the journey back was see spot run which is one of the funniest movies I’ve seen this year, they also played an episode of the Simpson’s so the in-flight entertainment was good.
The staff on excel were great, they were very smartly dressed and responded quickly when you needed them for something. Also available on board was duty-free items incase you missed the shop at the airport. The prices were very good and I purchased a bottle of ck one for £16.99, which is a very good price. They also had a range of toy's, alcohol, cigarette's and food available.
I normally don't like any kind of food on an aeroplane but I must admit the meal was excellent although you didn't have much choice. The meal consisted of chicken, potato’s, veg, crackers and cheese and also a bread roll and for dessert there was a piece of chocolate cake which was great.
All in all a brilliant airline with no complaints from me or any of my family. I have managed to fly on five different airlines which include easyjet, air 2000, air Europe, excel and also Swiss air and excel comes top of my list. My Reason Is Because all through the flight you won't have time to worry about anything because you will be to busy watching the films or eating your meal.
